Allow me to take you into the wild for some of the great animals of the Zoos here in Japan. Showcasing here the animals from the Ueno Zoological Gardens in Tokyo, and Zoorasia and Sea Paradise in Yokohama. I love going to the zoos here because they are well-maintained, the natural habitats are recreated for the different wildlife, very accessible even to the physically-challenged, and most importantly, the animals are well-taken cared of. A zebra would have been the perfect Z for my zoo animals but unfortunately, I never got to seeing them in my zoo visits. One day just isn't enough to see all of them!

Zoos are very popular today.
My depictions are of three animals as labelled though the whole sequence, which is incomplete, relates to the rabbits’ comparative anatomy.

Great idea to take the Zoo! Zoos are never boring. I love them. As a child I was always happy to go to the zoo. There are some great zoos and safari parks here in my small country too. I should like to go to a real safari park in Africa, however! Thanks for sharing !

Elephant–more than 10 years ago when I went to Thailand with my family I was paid for to get on an elephant’s back, and soon after I struggled to get on I wanted to get off - it felt quite insecure up there. Thanks for bringing back this memory.
