Baby Sam is now officially a member of God's family. She was baptized last March 1st in the Philippines in our church, Our Mother of Perpetual Help Parish. Her godparents were personally hand-picked by me and hubby. Overall, she has a total of 23 God-parents, 7 from Japan and 16 from the Philippines. These are relatives and close friends that we have come to know for many years and have become a part of who we are. We hope that as our baby Samantha grows up, they will continue to be there to for her, not just on Christmases and Birthdays...
