As all of you may very well know, the WHO has already declared the Swine Flu, which is caused by the H1N1 virus, a pandemic. With most continents being affected, it is indeed high time to alert everyone so that we may be careful not to contract the disease. And it pays to protect oneself.
Being a relatively new strain of flu virus, cure is still being formulated and researched on. And thanks to many pharmaceutical companies like PrimaMed, many swine flu cases at its early stages can now be treated with the Tamiflu vaccine.
Of course, you can prevent contracting the flu by regularly washing your hands with soap and water and by covering your mouth and nose when somebody sneezes. But if you want to be sure, you can also seek medical advice if you feel that you or someone in the family has the symptoms.
