Sleeping is an essential part of a human being's activity. It is important because it allows for the whole bodily system to rest. But despite this, I sometimes getting enough hours of sleep forgranted. When I got pregnant, I see to it that I get enough sleep even if sometimes it proved difficult. I never had any problems with sleeping though. But Hubby does. He gets insomnia attacks every now and then most especially if he is stressed out at work, if he can't stop himself from thinking about something like this program he is working on, or when something gets his attention and thus, preoccupies his mind the entire evening.
