Yellow Monday: Bromeliad Flower

MellowYellowMondayBadge

I found this fun meme at Ate Liza's of Mommy's Little Corner by chance. Am glad to have found it because yellow is one of my favorites! It just makes a room lively with its brightness!

Below is the new addition to my kitchen: a bromeliad plant which we purchased last Saturday. It is the perfect companion of Max, the white little puppy on the frame.

They now both grace the corner of my kitchen countertop. These and the view outside just makes preparing food for the family more worthwhile!

  10. Thanks for your post about your new bromeliad. It looks to be a Vriesea hybrid of some type.

  11. About two weeks ago, we did the same thing in our kitchen, which made the room so much nicer. In a way we wish, we would of done it when we first moved into our house.
