Hot and steamy
Fibrous and healthy
Get a taste of my Utan Bisaya!
We had this one cold evening. We still had frozen dalagang-bukid in the fridge, and some zucchini, Hokkaido squash, tomatoes and malunggay courtesy of our friend's organic garden in Switzerland. And my lemongrass (tanglad in Cebuano) is ready for harvest. I wanted to eat something nutritious and hot and UTAN BISAYA is just perfect! If you are from Visayas and Mindanao, you would easily recognize this dish. We call this lao-uy in Davao.
My Hubby and Sam just loved it! Hubby even said, "I could eat this everyday and fall in love with you over and over again." Awww!
kaila jud ko ani oi...I love lao-uy..mao ni amo madali-dali diri ba..he..he...
