Food Trip Friday: Escabeche
Love fish? Then you would love my escabeche or sweet and sour fish! I used dalagang bukid in this one. I sauteed lots of ginger, onions, and carrots to spice it up and to add more color to it! I just love how it turned out.

Wahhhhhhhhhh I am now drooling,... No kidding, naglalaway ako oh hahaha i love escabeche, paboritong paborito ko yan.. Madalas kasi yan lutuin ni papa nung buhay pa sya,.. hay kakakmiss!

WWeee!!Yummy escabeche!!Talagang na-miss ko yan!!Blame my husband for having an allergy to sea foods!(T_T)Ang sara-sarap tingnan ng escabeche mo,Mommy Kikamz!!Mas lalo na siguro pag yan ang nasa harapan ko!!Droooled!!!
ReplyDeletegosh i didnt know na escabeche and sweet and sour ay iisa. Sweet and sour lang kasi tawag sa min.. I miss this ulam, especially kung lapu lapu sya.
