I Want A New Mobile Phone!

No, not me silly. But I know my brother or my sister would love to receive a new one for Christmas. They just almost always manage to lose their cell phones and although it is unintentional, it is still a pity that another cell phone is gone and you have to start all over again. I know it takes a lot of effort to inform all your family, friends and colleagues that the old number is no longer valid and that you have a new number. Plus you have to go through the process of collecting all the contact information of your family, friends and colleagues too.

I guess I will have to start looking for an unlocked phone right now if I really want to give them one for Christmas. The problem is where do I look for one? Almost all the cell phones here are locked to the network that is selling or providing them. I should ask around and see if I can find unlocked units. I know the sister or the brother will be delighted.

I am not promising anything though. Because although in my heart I want to give them something as nice as a new cell phone, there is the lingering doubt that they might lose it again.
